Institute Concern

Attention: There are trainers out there who have been dissociated from the Institute due to their low standards of teaching or unacceptable ethics; trainers who have failed to meet the professional Trainer Requirements set out by the Institute and therefore have NOT qualified for a renewal of their Trainer License. Furthermore, according to basic Maori and Polynesian principles, they have violated the intellectual property rights held by the Institute, i.e. the rights to the use of the name ‘MA-URI’ and to all teaching & written material produced and developed by the Institute.

MA-URI comes from an indigenous background and therefore follows their basic principles of ethics in business, promotion as well as in teaching. Certain trainers have failed to understand and to honour these principles as they have failed to understand the deeper meaning of the terms set out for Trainers in MA-URI.

List of trainers who are no longer being recommended by the MA-URI Institute for some or all of the above reasons and who NO LONGER have a valid Trainer License from the Institute to teach MA-URI Massage:

Maria Barbara and Marek Sulkowscy (of Polish nationality), operating in Poland through Centrum Masazu MA-URI Oranui, Waszawa.

Jerzy Niczyporuk (of Polish nationality), operating within Polish communities in the States (Chicago & New York).

Vera Horton (of Russian nationality, Belarus) operating in Britain.

Bjorg Kvalvik offering out-dated training in the Bergen area, Norway

Past, present or future students of these trainers are encouraged to contact the Institute for advice concerning basic and advanced training possibilities.

If in doubt whether a particular trainer is licensed by the Institute or not, please check with the Institute first. You may wish to make sure that the standard of training and the level of ethics are of a high quality, before you invest your money and effort.
